Ama International meets the pressing needs of underserved communities by providing healthcare, education, and job training opportunities. Through our comprehensive approach and collaborative partnerships, we empower individuals to overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
Ama Medical
Ama Medical, in collaboration with our partner Corewell Health, has supplied close to $3 million worth of medical resources to date. These valuable supplies have played a crucial role in our mission to provide healthcare services to vulnerable communities. Additionally, we foster partnerships with colleges and universities, offering medical exchanges for students. Through these collaborations, students gain hands-on experience in the field while providing essential care at our street clinics. This unique approach not only benefits the student's education but also contributes to our ongoing efforts to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of underserved populations.
In 2021, we received a generous gift of a bus, which we are currently transforming into a mobile medical clinic. This innovative initiative aims to bring healthcare directly to individuals who lack transportation or easy access to medical services. By converting the bus into a mobile clinic, we will be able to reach and provide essential healthcare to underserved communities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the care they need.

Ama Educate
Ama Educate is dedicated to enhancing and supporting students' education through impactful programs. We facilitate access to education by enrolling students in school, providing tuition assistance, uniforms, school supplies, clothing, and meeting essential needs. Additionally, we have introduced the "Love Your Classroom" program, which addresses the digital divide by equipping schools with technology. This program ensures that schools without any technology, not even a computer, receive a complete tech package, including installation, empowering students with the necessary tools for learning.
In addition, our child sponsorship programs offer individuals the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a student's life. Through a monthly contribution of $30, sponsors can provide essential support tailored to the specific needs of the sponsored child and their family. This comprehensive assistance ensures that students remain in school until graduation, empowering them with a solid educational foundation for a brighter future.
Ama Works
Ama Works is committed to empowering individuals through comprehensive job training and digital skills development, including the cultivation of essential soft skills. Our partnerships with academies and universities enable us to offer specialized training programs that not only provide industry-specific certifications but also equip individuals with vital soft skills needed for success in the workplace. We believe that a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal abilities is crucial for long-term career growth and advancement. By fostering the development of these essential skills, we empower individuals to thrive in their chosen fields and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The Ama Sewing Academy is specifically designed to empower vulnerable single mothers by providing them with comprehensive training in the garment district. Through this academy, participants will gain the skills and certifications necessary for employment in seven different industries within the garment sector. By equipping these individuals with the expertise and qualifications they need, we aim to create meaningful employment opportunities and empower them to build sustainable futures for themselves and their families.
